• Hubs are CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, and include the three most popular wheel bolt circles. 5 on 4.5” – 5 on 4.75” and 5 on 5.5”. USA.
• Caliper brackets are made from 6061-T6 aluminum plate and also serve as the mounting surface for the backing plate. USA.
• Calipers are forged aluminum 4 piston style and supplied to us by Wilwood Engineering.

The rear drum cover is designed to install over an existing Ford 9”rear brake drum to compliment the front disc system and is bolt pattern specific to your application. Produced from the same permanent mold process as the front units with super high detail and finish. USA.
After more than 2 years of modeling and prototyping our new Kinmont style system was completed to a very high standard with authentic appearance.

• Drum covers are modeled from original Kinmonts with a few custom flairs added. Highly detailed with raised letters and part numbers along with directional arrows. Cast in green sand process using high end aluminum tooling, all done in-house. USA.
• Backing plates are also modeled from original Kinmonts, highly detailed with raised markings and custom changes to accommodate the modern rotor and caliper configuration. Cast in green sand process using high end aluminum tooling, all done in-house. USA.
• Fake wheel cylinders and caliper fittings are a piece of art in themselves with individual location markings. A true bolt on look gives them the correct finishing touch. Cast in green sand process from high end aluminum tooling, done in-house. USA.
• Hubs are the same design we use on our Buick style system and date back to 1998. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. Designed with the three most popular wheel patterns, 5 on 4.5”, 5 on 4.75” and 5 on 5.5” bolt circles. USA.
• Rotors are made from premium grey iron. Vented 10.5” dia. X .812” wide and produced from the same tooling designed back in 1998 for our Buick style system. Rotors are annealed for stress relief and to maintain accuracy. USA.

Features
• Drum covers are same as the front covers, directional left and right. USA.
• Backing plates are basically the same as the fronts with raised marking and clearly identified as “rear.” Produced from high quality aluminum tooling. USA.
• Fake wheel cylinders and caliper fittings are similar to the front units with raised location markings and cast in the same manner as the front units. USA.
• Rear rotors are our own design, made from premium grey iron, non-vented, solid 10.5” dia. x .500” wide with machined 7.0” dia. inside surface for parking brake option. USA.
• Hubs. Our rear hubs are truly unique since they are designed to mount the caliper, backing plate and the optional parking brake shoes and hardware assembly. Cast from our in house tooling in A356-T6 aluminum. USA.
• Calipers are forged aluminum low profile 4 piston style and supplied to us by Wilwood Engineering.
• Parking brake cable brackets for the optional parking brake assembly are laser cut from 304 S/S with a true period correct appearance. USA.

Our Early Ford system is truly unique and is a “first” when it comes to a production disc brake assembly for the ever popular Early Ford rear end. All of the same features as our Ford 9”system; available with or without parking brake. So easy to install with no modifications to the stock axles or housings. USA.
Features
This backing plate is designed to replace the stamped steel O.E.M. backing plate.
The purpose is to offer a backing plate that accepts all of the stock hardware and brake shoes from the O.E.M. unit, but it’s 13.375” outside diameter blends perfectly with the 13.750 inside diameter of our rear drum cover as opposed to the large gap that appears when installing our rear drum covers over the Ford 9” brake drum with O.E.M. stamped steel backing plate.
Designed with similar 1940 Ford T-shape look and provisions for parking brake cables.
Cast in green sand process using A356 T6 aluminum from our in house tooling. USA.
